The Kirksville Business Incubator (SQUARE 1) is now in operation. On this page you will find photos of the facility, an informational brochure about all of the features that the facility has to offer, and you will also find an application for membership into the Incubator.
The Missouri Rural Enterprise and Innovation Center (MREIC) seeks to provide a shared, community-driven workspace for entrepreneurs to create their businesses, small business owners to work “on” vs “in” their businesses, and location-independent professionals to thrive in an environment that encourages connections and mutual support. All members must be 18 years of age or older.
Collaboration: One of the great benefits of working in a co-working space is that you will meet all sorts of people with all sorts of knowledge and where possible collaborate to support each other’s activities. Square 1 exists because of you and for you. As a member, you will not just be a customer of Square 1; you’ll be an active part of what Square 1 is and does for you and for others.
